Who we are
What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: name, role, organisation, email, system and message.
- If you accept an analyst plan: the column names and code lists you confirmed, never values.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
What we do not collect
Files are read in your browser. For AI analysis, summaries are sent to our AI provider, and the few columns needed to check a plan are sent to our server with names replaced by tokens. None of it is stored.
How we use it
To respond to you, run pilots and operate the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
